Thank you for purchasing from Chef Alosh Food Products AB.  We strive to provide delicious and high-quality food products to our valued customers. However, we understand that there might be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund.

1 . Returns:

a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or spoiled, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will request photographic evidence to assess the issue properly. Upon verification, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Please also keep with you the original packaging to allow a better tracking on our end.
To complete your return, please prepare a receipt or proof of purchase.

b. Wrong Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one as soon as possible. If the correct item is not available, we will issue a full refund. 
Wrong Items received should be returned in their original packaging and without signs of having been used or mishandled otherwise cannot be returned or refunded

Note: If you receive in your order products that are in their normal state, with no damage or mistake made on our end, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Refunds:

a. Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order before it is dispatched you must contact us within 24hrs of the purchase time, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the order has already been prepared or is in transit, we may not be able to process the cancellation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

b. Refunds for Returns: For eligible returns as per our policy (damaged, defective, or wrong items), we will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Note : We will process the refund with 7 business days, If after 10 business days, you have checked the refund status with your bank and they confirm you still have not been refunded, please contact us by email or telephone number mentioned below.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

a. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of food items, perishable goods are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of damage, defects, or wrong items.

b. Consumable Items: Items that have been partially or fully consumed, cannot be returned or refunded.

c. Wrong Items: Wrong Items received should be returned in their original packaging and without signs of having been used or mishandled otherwise cannot be returned or refunded

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

b. Provide relevant information such as your order number, item details, and a brief description of the reason for return/refund.

c. It is required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.

a. We reserve the right to assess the condition and authenticity of returned items before processing refunds or replacements.

b. Our Return and Refund Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please review this page regularly for updates.

c. In cases where a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

d. Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
