After gathering invaluable experience in Jordan, Chef Alosh decided to make Sweden his home seven years ago. There, he continued his culinary exploration by working in various hotels and restaurants, bringing a taste of his homeland to each dish he prepared.
However, Chef Alosh’s dreams reached new heights when he took a leap of faith and realised his ultimate vision in January 2023. It was in the enchanting city of Gothenburg, Sweden, where he proudly opened the first-ever Iraqi pastry shop in Europe.
